Dr. Dorina Drukman is the Medical Director of Grand Central PM&R.
A practicing physician for over twenty five years, she received her first Medical Doctor’s degree in one of the Medical Schools in Central Europe, and worked as a Neurologist and Director of Rehabilitation Department in a Major Hospital.
Since 1995 she holds a Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.
She is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Fellow of American Academy of PM&R.
Since 1999 Dr. Drukman has been the Medical Director of Grand Central Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation P.C.
The combination of trainings in Traditional and Osteopathic Medicine gives Dr. D.Drukman a unique, holistic approach to patient care, integrating the patient into the recovery process as a partner. She understands that treatment of symptoms is often only addressing half the problem, and attempts to reach patients on a personal level in order to achieve lifestyle transformations resulting in quicker recoveries and increased health awareness.
Over the years, Dr. Drukman has distinguished herself not only with dedication to learning and professional growth, but for her caring and forthright manner, for which she has received much praise from our patients.

Dr. Drukman went through extensive training in Hospital in Queens and in St. Vincent's Medical Center in Manhattan as a Resident and Chief Resident in a special program for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
