This type of visit is for new patients in our practice. This can be if you are sick, have questions about issues you are having, or towards your annual exam.  Fee does not include any labs/procedures.

We will discuss your medical history, family history and any current or ongoing concerns. We will plan or coordinate your complete treatment plan for any issues and review your options. We can refer you to a specialist and negotiate on your behalf if any additional testing is needed.
Your visit will typically include up to 30 minutes with your health care provider. Your provider may administer some or all of these tests, depending on the nature of your visit: * Physical Exam * Urinalysis * Blood Drawing Typical additional tests may be performed but are subject to additional charges*
Our fees are very reasonable - Cholesterol test: $15, Mono or Strep: $10, Urinalysis: $5.
